In-Person Training (Asheville/Western NC)

Single, duo, and small group sessions in person at your home, parks and recreation, or at my rented space at NC Open Gym (Arden). 60 and 30 minute sessions available. Discounts provided for packages (5 or 10 sessions) and group sessions (10% for each participant).
